If you are unable to fill the tank up before returning the vehicle (or collection) we can do this for you for a small additional charge – the cost of the fuel and an administration fee will be taken from your deposit. To find out more about this please reach out to our team on 01621 927161.

When you rent a vehicle from us you will be required to leave a deposit of £1,500. These funds will not be debited from the authorised payment card you use, they will just be blocked, or allocated, should they be needed. And if they are not needed, nothing will be charged.

The deposit is there to be used against any unpaid fees, charges or tolls, vehicle damage, late returns or missing fuel (see our full tank policy above). Full information can be found within our terms and conditions.
